Address Lookup (Geocoding)

Converts a street address (e.g. 4 N. 2nd St, 95113) into a latitude and longitude (37.338446, -121.888403) and matching the coordinate to the nearest road network.

Both free-form (example above) and structured geocoding is available.

Reverse Geocoding

Matches a latitude and longitude coordinate to the nearest known address within a road network.

Example: Search a database of store locations with associated lat/long and display on a map.

Local Search (POI Lookup)

deCarta's patented Spatial Keys indexing system delivers superior search performance. It requires no additional licensing fees and works the standard Points of Interest (POI) categories available with standard map data. Additionally, connect to any 3rd party relational database.
